Yes. We realize this is sometimes odd, but it is by design. To assign the 

SAME value to all series you must select <All Series> and then select the 

value. There is always going to be inconsistencies as we can not know which 

value is the one you want to set, is it the value repeated for all the 

series or is it the one indicated under <All series>. We had to chose one.
