chart as jpg?

I'm modified my asp code to work in .net, but the chart is rendering on the

client(in the temp files) as a jpg. When I used asp it was a client side

object(ActiveX?) .  Any idea of what I could have forgotten?

and don't recomment I use CFX for .Net--it sucks right now.
