User (Legacy) Posted April 7, 2001 Report Share Posted April 7, 2001 Some of our computers will save the *.cht files for Personalized Charts but others will not. The Chartfx folder is created but the actual file is not created? We have 2 computers sitting side by side both using IE 5.0. One will hold the personalized setting and the other continues to default to the original setting. We are having the same problems with our customers. Some work and others don't?
