Hello,

This is not controlled by ChartFX. This is up to the browser to determine what to do under that situation.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In an effort to provide the most advanced solutions in conjunction with

the most comprehensive technical support structure, Software FX will

implement a Paid-Support Program beginning January 1, 2001 for all

existing and future Software FX application users. The specific details

of the Paid-Support Program will be released in an upcoming broadcast

to be available without charge.

Conversation: Menu hidden behind Chart control

Subject: Menu hidden behind Chart control

i am using the CHART FX Internet Edition 2000 and am painting the chart as

an ActiveX control on the client side(IE Browser).

The problem i am facing is this:

I have lots of DHTML Menus on the web page (using <DIV> tags). but most of

them get hidden behind the chart control when they

pop up. I tried setting the Z-Index of the chart control, Tried changing the

STYLE attrrivbutes.. But all in vain.

Please help me ... Is there any way that i can make this ActiveX component a

Windowless component. as in force it to be overlapped by my POPUP menu.

thanks,
