Chart FX on a Server Farm

I was curious if there were some specific instructions as to the use of

Chart FX on a web farm.  We have the site installed on the two different

servers and have a dns setup with the two IP addresses.  The page request

the server variable for the computer name that it resides upon and

concatenates it with the image file name.  We are outputting the computer

name on the page that the component resides and the chart will display

correctly most of the time but sporadically it will return the message

"Failed to download chart data".  Upon inspection the data file does exist

on the server but will not display in the control.

Any thoughts / instructions would be appreciated...
