User (Legacy)
I am wondering if there is a way to figure out what the resolution conversion is between the chart resolution and the printer resolution. What I want to do is be able to create a chart that is the perfect size so that ChartFX IE won't have to resize the chart in order to print it. I am having problems where the chart looks perfect on screen (annotation objects are where they should be), but when I go to print the chart the annotation objects have moved due to ChartFX repainting the chart to the printer, thus ruining the look of the printed chart. Perhaps you know the "perfect" size chart to print with to fit fully on one page?? Thanks.
Software FX
That will depend on the printer selected by the user, the printer can be selected at a later time so this information is not known until the actual printing occurs. Annotation objects support the Attach method that allows you to associate them with "logical" coordinates instead of "physical" coordinates. -- FP Software FX, Inc.
