Hello,

I would make sure that you have enough permission to read from the directory where you are importing this file. If this does not work then you could try reinstalling the product and downloading the service pack again. I do not believe there is a problem with the latest service pack since I am using it with the import method without any trouble and no body else is reporting the same problem.
