Series Legends messed up!!

To clarify my question, please look at the test page on 

http://212.53.125.10/test.asp . The recordset at the top of the page is sent 

to chart object using with the following datatype and datastyle commands. 

  chart.DataStyle=Chart.DataStyle or 16 

  chart.DataType(0)=1 

  chart.DataType(1)=1 

  chart.DataType(2)=1 

  chart.DataType(3)=2 

  chart.DataType(4)=2 

The graphs are fine, but why are the series legends comming out so 

strangely, or not comming out at all?? is this  a problem with the 

transposing the data series ?
