Temporary files on Windows 2000 server

Hello, 

I have installed CfxIE2000 server on Windows 2000 server.  The installation 

went on fine.  However Chartfx was having problems creating the temporary 

files on Cfxtemp directory.  It turn out that the access permission on 

Cfxtemp directory for the group "Everyone" is "Read".  Changing the 

permission to "Add & Read" fixed the problem.  However this is a manual 

process and we would like to avoid it.  Is there a way to avoid creation of 

this temporary file altogether? Also I would want the chart to be scrollable 

and as an object/plugin (not an image).
