There is not an easy way to rollback the changes because if the bug was introduced in the client component, IE will not redownload an older client component (you will have to manually remove it).

Can you post/send a CHW file generated by your server so that we can try to duplicate the problem.

Hi Juan, 

I've applied the latest service pack 4.5.16.0 but it has introduced a bug 

when I zoom into a XY scatter chart. The lines are not refreshed and just 

seems to hang in the middle of the chart. 

How do I uninstall the service pack? or download a previous version 4.5.15.1 

to rollback the changes?
