Software FX
Are the images generated with a gif extension ? We have found what we think is a bug in Netscape where they fail to show images with a PNG extension (even after setting different mime types to the png extension on the server). A workaround that works for us 100% of the time is to generate the PNG files with a gif extension. ChartFX IE 2000 and the latest ChartFX IE 3.5 service pack will do this by default. However, the missing image is generated on the server (IIS 4). We can not reload the chart, as this action generate another image, which may also not be displayed. No such problem has been encountered with Internet Explorer Is this a known problem with Netscape ? Is there a turnaround ? Thanks, Christophe.
