User (Legacy)
I tried on two different machines; one is NT 4.0 which had www running at the time, the other was Windows 98 and it did not have personal web running. Even after I copied the Licence file, Include files and created the CfxTemp directory on the Windows 98, rebooted several times, the sample gave me an error of Create Object Failed. Win NT 4 worked fine after I copied the files over.
