Installation Problems

I have registered me, and downloaded the ChartFXLiteNet.exe file. When I

execute it and enter the serialnumber, I get to a new screen saying: "We

couldn't obtain License Code to properly install this produkt automatically.

Please select one of the following options:". There is only one possible

option, "I want to obtain the License Code manually". After selecting this a

new screen appears, telling me to submit a given Challenge Code after

connecting to: http://register.softwarefx.com/LicenseCode.

But when I submit the challenge code, an internal server error occours, and

I'm not able to obtain any License Code to enter. Are you having server

problems, or am I doing something wrong?

Still having this error, will it be fixed soon?
