User (Legacy)
Will ChartFX Lite support Win98 and can it be distributed in a commercial application for Win98 users? If I distribute ChartFX Lite with my application, do the end-users need an Internet connection AND a unique serial number? I am developing a commercial C# app that currently uses the Dundas WinForms charting control. Apparently, the Dundas control has problems with Win98 and they recommend "upgrading" the OS. I know from experience that all of the .NET framework is not supported under Win98. For example, the thread pool class methods do not all support Win98. I have successfully negotiated dropping Win95 support, unfortunately I can not drop Win98 support. Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions, -Ed
