serial information not responding during install

Hello ChartFX support,

I have downloaded

ChartFXLiteNet.exe (Version: 6.0.1249.28064 - Updated: 6/3/2003)

from the site

http://www.chartfx.com/GetChartFXLite/GetCfxLiteSubmitData.asp?Email=xxx&Ope

r=Download

from all of the USA locations (Eastern, Western, and USA).

I save the .exe to my C: drive. Upon double-clicking the .exe and entering

my serial number, the installation hangs. After doing a 'Cntl + Alt +

Delete' to kill the process, the process name reads 'Serial Information Not

Responding'.

I tried to run the .exe from the command prompt using ChartFXLiteNet /N and

get the same results.

Please see the attached InstallFX.log file.

My environment:

Windows 2000 5.00.2195

microsoft development environment 2002 Version 7.0.9466

microsoft .NET framework 1.0 Version 1.0.3705

What do I need to do to get things to work?
