We received an email telling us how to activate it through your website. It says Activation Instructions: 1. Point your browser to: http://Support.Softwarefx.com 2. Select Activate a Support Account Where is the "Activate a Support Account" section or button or link? If you have a support account that is not yet active, simply include your account in your communications with the support team.
