User (Legacy)
Hi I am using the statistic extension from you form my information system. For my visualisation I choose the histogram graph. The chart gets the data from a dataset. First every thing works perfect for me then a wondered why some points are missing in the histogram. Then I found out that die highest points are missing. So I began to test this function and saw that always the highest point will be deleted. Has anybody the same happening and is there a solution for this problem? Daniel
Software FX
We recently fixed a problem related to missing points in a Histogram chart, I'm not sure whether this is the same problem you are experiencing or not. In the problem we fixed, some intervals came out empty even though there was data in them, specifically the last interval in some cases. Please export the chart to a binary file and post it here or e-mail it to Software FX Support (anything posted here will be public) along with a description of the error (specific for the data in the file, in other words what was the expected result) and we will try it with the newer version to see if the problem still happens. This newer version is not available yet as a service pack but can be obtained as a Hot Fix. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com "Daniel Winkler" <d.winkler@manner.com> wrote in message news:odVoLHisFHA.1724@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > Hi > > > > I am using the statistic extension from you form my information system. > For my visualisation I choose the histogram graph. Software FX
Sorry but the file I received is not of histogram chart but of a simple bar chart that has the following data: egw 282.70 286.40 280.50 282.00 278.50 283.00 291.40 281.30 275.70 292.50 278.00 282.80 284.90 281.40 287.70 275.70 286.20 281.90 282.60 283.10 289.60 284.70 283.20 279.70 276.80 278.20 If I make it a histogram (with this data) I get 20 intervals with the default settings, please make sure you are calling Export AFTER you chart is already set up. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
