User (Legacy)
Hello, we started with a trial version, then purchased the statistical extensions package, I am now recieving this error when trying to launch a project "Statistical License has expired " Thanks
Software FX
Please try re-building the project (rebuild all) as the license information for the trial may have remained stored in the executable. Can you see the extension at design-time ? -- FP Software FX
User (Legacy)
Rebuilding the solution does not solve the issue. I'm not sure what you mean 'can you see the extension at design time' ? Software FX
We are unable to reproduce this problem. Please do the following: 1) Go to your project's obj folder and remove everything from there. During this process Visual Studio must be CLOSED. 2) Rebuild the whole solution. If this does not fix the problem, please follow the instructions in the following KB article and post the results: Q6001018. User (Legacy)
After un/reintalling 6.2, the error message now reads "Invalid ChartFX License" this is the content of out2.txt User KeySet.
