User (Legacy)
Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to partly shadow the chart background. say, we have 30 data points. Can we set the background of the first 10 points to be shadowed? Is that do-able? Thanks in advance, Jason
Software FX
What do you mean by "the background of the first 10 points" do you mean the background of the chart area behind those points ? If so, take a look at Axis Sections. Axis sections allow you to assign a specific background color (and other attributes) to sections of an axis (X-Axis or Y-Axis). -- FP Software FX
User (Legacy)
Thanks a lot! Still got some questions. According to the samples, the chart with sections can be like: http://support.softwarefx.com/OnlineDoc/CfxNetWin62/images/axisSect1.png It seems that the background color of sections could be transparent. But I could not find the place to set it to be transparent. Any thoughts? User (Legacy)
Forget about my stupid question. I already figure it out. It has nothing to do with Chart. The effect could be achieved by changing the alpha value of background color.
