HitTest wrong for titles when AxisStyle.DetectArea used.

If I set my axes to the following:

AxisX.Style |= AxisStyle.DetectArea;

AxisY.Style |= AxisStyle.DetectArea;

then clicking on the *title* of the axis gives a hit test code of Axis

instead of Title. this means that right-clicking an axis' title displays the

ContextMenuAxis menu instead of the ContextMenuTitle manu.
