SM1 Posted May 3, 2010 Report Share Posted May 3, 2010 Hi, Iam using Visual Studio 2005 and ChartFX 7 with extension pack. When I add a scroll bar to my chart the performance of this scroll bar is very slow. Also a tool tip appears on the scroll bar saying 'next page' and additionally a yellow coloured box also appears. How can we make the performance of scroll bar better. Scroll bar's performance is better in the sample which is a windows application but when we make it for web it is extremely slow. CarlosAC Posted May 7, 2010 Report Share Posted May 7, 2010 Hi Sana Unfortunately, the scroll event is slower when you use WebForms. Can you use .NET render format? It speed up a little bit the zooming functionality. Also, the 'next page' and the yellow coloured box are by design.
