  1. Sadly, modifying the registry for hundreds of users (and disabling a security feature, no less) is not a viable option. In any case, thank you for the response.
  2. E-mailed you two weeks ago. Haven't received a reply yet.So, SoftwareFX... how about that .NET 4.5, huh? Currently replacing your chart with Telerik RadChart. You should probably mention .NET 4.5 somewhere on your website. Notes on compatibility would be a nice start.
  3. Do you have ChartFX's files enabled in your MIME types in IIS? Go into IIS, go to your application, double-click MIME Types. Ensure there is an entry for ".chm" and ".chw." Both entries should have a MIME type of "application/octet-stream". If these entries don't exist, you'll need to add them. Hope this works for you.
  4. I should add that it fails to render when RenderFormat is ".NET" (which is what we need to use.) Need some help on this... I can't believe SoftwareFX has nothing regarding .NET 4.5 anywhere on their website. Not a word. Not a peep.
  5. Hello, Our IT department recently pushed .NET 4.5 to many users at my company, and now ChartFX is not rendering for any of them in our web app. The charts display this error message: "Chart FX: .NET Active client requires Internet Explorer and .NET Framework 2.0 or greater installed on the client computer." Obviously 4.5 is greater than 2.0, so I have to assume ChartFX does not support .NET 4.5. Is this the case? I can hardly find anything in my searches related to ChartFX and .NET 4.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  6. Hello there. I recently moved a web application from an old Windows Server 2003 environment to a Server 2008 environment. This .NET application uses ChartFX. Previously, the chart would display behind our custom pop-up windows just fine. However, since moving to the new environment, the chart is now displaying in front of our popups/modal windows. It's almost like the Z-Index was changed, except ChartFX doesn't use a Z-Index. This is causing issues, as users cannot see a progress bar anymore and can't click a Cancel button. I've read some other threads such as this that describe this as an internet browser issue; however, ChartFX worked just fine in the same browser until we changed the app environment. So obviously there's more to the story here than the browser. How can I get ChartFX to stop moving in front of other objects? Why did this happen when I changed the app environments? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
