I've been able to do moving control limits by using stacked bar charts behing the line chart for the data. The 1st series is the area below the lower control limit, the next is the LCL line, then area between the LCL and the mean, and on and on until its done. Just set the IniValue for the bar to the top of the one under it and your good to go.
