[Annotation Toolbar does not appear]

I cannot get the annotation toolbar to show up no matter what i do. I've tried all the examples and read all the documents but to no avail. Anybody have any idea what is wrong. My code is exactly like the example.

Dim annotx as Cfx62ClientServerAnnotation.AnnotationX

Set annotx = New Cfx62ClientServerAnnotation.AnnotationX

Chart1.Extensions.Add annotx

annotx.ToolBar = True

I am trying to do the same thing as dmccollough. Could you be more specif as to how this can be done with extensions.
