I'm having the exact same issue. I'm using the EXE. It just says "Downloading Dockable Tools Library". However, if I click 'Install' again, it jumps to the next thing, and the next thing. Then, it wants to stop the iis admin service, does so, says it installed, and yet shows no difference in versions. I also tried the Activex version, but it crashes and asks if I want to debug in visual studio 2005. Thoughts?
