akauchali Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 Hi folks, We recently purchased ChartFx for Reporting Services. We've had no problems on a Windows 2003 x86 (32 bit) environment. Reports worked like a charm. However, we have migrated to a x64 Windows 2003 Server and the installation of ChartFx, although it "succeeds", fails to copy ALL the files across (we've compared the old 32 bit server files). After installation the "Start->Programs->ChartFx" folder is EMPTY. The charts don't appear on the reports! Can anyone please help us with any information?
