I upgrade my system to Windows Vista with IE 7.0. In the first time that I tried to see the graphs it tried to install the plugin but it didn't worked. I tried to install the plugin manually but it says that the Uninsfhx.exe is in use by another application! Can you help me? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ChartFX Internet 6.2 ActiveX plugin should work as expected under Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7. Make sure that you apply the latest service pack from our website: http://support.softwarefx.com/ShowInteractive.aspx?Product=CfxInt62&option=0 Also, ensure that there are no cached objects on the machine where you are trying to load the page.
