customer Posted March 15, 2007 Report Share Posted March 15, 2007 I am trying to install chart FX internet 2000 service pack 5.5 on windows 2003 machine but it just hangs. bottom of the window message is displayed "downloading dockable....." but nothing happens. Frank Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 Are you running the Service Pack directly from the Web page or did you download the EXE? If you are doing it directly from the browser you may have some security restrictions that's preventing this to work, please download the SP's EXE into another computer and then install it in your server. johnwest72 Posted February 18, 2008 Report Share Posted February 18, 2008 I'm having the exact same issue. I'm using the EXE. It just says "Downloading Dockable Tools Library". However, if I click 'Install' again, it jumps to the next thing, and the next thing. Then, it wants to stop the iis admin service, does so, says it installed, and yet shows no difference in versions.
