Toolbar Disappearing Act

Recommended Posts

Howdy,

I import a previously saved file and the tool bar appears but the icon are

missing or extremely small. Some files are Ok others not,

turned on resize of toolbar and resized it, to see if it would redraw Ok but

no luck. Thoughts (bad saves?)

Load code:

ChartFXCS1.Import(CHART_CFXOLEFILE, FileListBox1.FileName);

The first file attached (test.chd) I can't read for some reason.

Do you have the latest SP ? What's the file version of your CFX4032.ocx and

SFXBAR.dll ?

The second file you attached is not a Chart FX Binary File.

CFX4032 Version 5.0, SFXbar.dll 1.0. The second file loads for me but

without a normal toolbar.

How do I get the updates?

To get service pack (and many other support goodies) go to:

support.softwarefx.com/chartfx

I need more detailed file versions (with builds) which you can obtain by

going into Windows Explorer, right-clicking on the file and selecting

"Properties...".
