license problem

Hello,

I purchased a license for ChartFx for Delphi 5.1. I work with Delphi 5 (not

Delphi 2005!). Importing the OCX (over the ActiveX menu) is no problem. But

when I place the component on a form I get the message that the license

information could not be found I that I can't use the component during

design time.

What can I do?

Check out the following KB article to obtain an appropriate Delphi 2005

control:

Q1383094. New Chart FX Client Server Add-on for use with Borland Delphi 6,

Delphi 7 and Delphi 2005

Hello Support,

as I wrote in my question I'm not using Delphi2005. I use Delphi 5 which is

not the same as 2005. So I'm sorry but you anwser doesn't solve the problem.

I found an artikle (Q1382099) that says that the incorrect licencense

message was a bug that should be fixed in build 14.

Unfortuantly I was not able to find the service pack. When I go onto the

latest servicepack it only want's to update the toolbar.dll.

Where can I get the servicepack (build 14) for download.

Thanks for your help in advance.
