Software FX
Can you post a code snippet that shows how you are setting up the chart ? What do you mean by "This charts are updated each 1 minutes" ? Does it mean that the page refreshes itself each minute (using a meta tag) ? Does it mean that you get new data in your database every minute ? -- Regards, JC Software FX Support "Ricardo Bravo" <rbravodiaz@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:iHbo2WiJEHA.696@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > Hi, > > I have Installed CFXIE 5.5 with the last Service Pack, but after some > days of correct work, the Charts is not displayed and the web page is show > of this way look image ("Web Page with the error.gif"): > > > This charts are updated each 1 minutes, can be in some place of IIS some > cache that is full and this do that the charts crashes, the error is solve > if the WWW services is restarted, the other pages that use code ASP, not > crashes, only the pages that show one chart with ChartFx. > > The correct way to show this page is how the follow image ("Web Page with > Normal Function.gif") > > I wait your soon help > > Greetings > > >

Software FX
Is it possible for you to get a test machine where you can reproduce the problem without affecting your server, using any stress tool should allow you to continuously hit a page in this test machine. If you can do this and you are able to reproduce the problem, I would recommend simplifying the SQL code in the test page (e.g. connecting always using to the same SQL statement). This would allow you to provide us enough information (data + template) for us to duplicate and fix the problem. -- Regards, JC Software FX Support "Ricardo Bravo" <rbravodiaz@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:UrCLWPIKEHA.3308@webserver3.softwarefx.com... > I attach one .txt file, in this file are the code of my .ASP pages > > I got new data every minute, since is one aplication that save new data on > Database every 1 minute, and they data must be displayed every 1 minute on > the web page > > > > Greetings > > "SoftwareFX Support" <noreply@softwarefx.com> escribi
