Pie chart label stacking on top

Hello,

I am looking for advice to fix an issue. We have chartFx. We puting percentages of total on label. When we have two labels that are "< 1%". They stack or print almost on top of each other. I am looking for recommendation for what properties to put so the label either offset or prnt so a user can read them.
