When I click on the link in the confirmation email and enter the serial number, I get a page that lists both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions. There are no links and a message at the bottom of the page that says, "IMPORTANT: FTP links are not temporarily available from behind firewalls" Does this me I have to put a PC in fromnt of our firewall to get the download?
