sparkcad Posted September 1, 2009 Report Share Posted September 1, 2009 After installation of the software and after manually populating the DataPart Web Parts to the SPS Web Part galleries, as instructed by support member in the of the forum, have another issue when added the any of the 7 web parts to the site. The PSS service is started but the message I get in the windows of each Data Part web part is as follows: "DataParts Error: An error occurred while rendering this product. PSS Service appears to not be running or properly installed. Please verify and try again." I tried stopping and restarting the service but to no results. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. IGSFX Posted September 7, 2009 Report Share Posted September 7, 2009 Can you please elaborate on the error you are getting? Is this different from what you were getting before? Were you able to open the Tool Pane wizard and click on the Choose the data source link? Please attach a screenshot of the problem you are experiencing.
