  1. The message tag you see ("Not for production use"') is appearing because you have installed Chart FX using a Test Server License. This license, as its name suggests, is intended to be used for testing purposes. When the product is going to be installed on a production server (for comercial use), you are required to purchase a production license which will remove the message tag. 13. Unfortunately, Chart FX engine does not support a Z-Axis. It only supports the X and Y Axis. Although Chart FX allows you to set a 3D look to your charts, but it is simply a visual effect that can be turned off. However, when the values range for different data series varies widely, or when you have mixed types of data such as price and volume, you can plot one or more data series on a secondary value (y) axis. The scale of the secondary axis is independent and reflects the values for the associated series. The first step in creating a secondary Y axis is to assign a series to the secondary Y Axis using the Y-Axis property in the Series object. After you have assigned the desired series to the secondary Y axis, you can use the AxisY2 similarly to the Axis-Y to handle scales, gridlines and different settings for the secondary Y Axis. 14. The problem is related to the security settings in the .NET framework settings. When rendering the chart as .NET, the .NET framework requires full trust for certain chart features. Please try setting the trust levels of the Framework as follows: a) Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration. On the left, expand the My Computer tree. Left click on Runtime Security Policy. On the right, click on Adjust Zone Security. c) Make sure that "Make changes to this computer" is checked. Click next. d) Enable full trust for My Computer, Internet, Intranet and Trusted Sites for now. e) Click next, then finish. Best Regards, RocioZ Software FX Support www.softwarefx.com

  16. The problem you are reporting is very likely caused by the fact that probably the Chartfx62 virtual directory has not been configured in IIS. The configuration is done automatically when the installation is run. Did you run the Chart FX installation on that machine? Please note that besides the configuration of the virtual directories, you are required to run Chart FX installation in order to create the license information that gets embedded in the registry. I would suggest you to reinstall the product. Please follow next steps to reinstall Chart FX 6.2. If you need further assistance, please send an email to support@softwarefx.com.
