Hi Andre, Did you have any luck diagnosing the problem from
the screenshots I sent you? As an aside, we’re finalizing some of our
budget spends for the rest of the year here at the moment. As you know, in
order for us to decide whether to purchase this product I really need to see it
working on our server. I’ve got about 10 days maximum before the deadline of
deciding whether to spend or not. After that point I’m afraid it’ll have to be
a no purchase by default. Regards, Alex From: Fleming Alex

bugs/errors that are occurring. Error 1 relates to adding a softwarefx webpart
to the page and then clicking the “Open the tool pane” link. Error 2 relates to
editing the webpart and being unable to select a data source. The data source
“links” do nothing so to speak. They act like mere static text. I’m using

to see what version of SoftwareFX.WebForms.Base.dll file you are using? Then,
do a serch for SoftwareFX.WebForms.Base (without the .dll extension) and you
should find two entries. Those will have a version (Version=7.5.2500.0).
Substitute that for what you currently have and it should work. If
possible, please try to get back to me within the hour. The developer that has

TypeName="*" Safe="True"
AllowRemoteDesigner="True" />
I
have manually added that line to the right place on the file you have sent me
and attached it to this email. If possible, I would like for you to try our component
again, either rename and use the attached web.config or manually add the line
above to the right location and report back to us. It seems our installer
failed in adding that line automatically.
I
would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for contacting us with
your issue. We find feedback from our customers to be very important since it
helps us build a better product.
