     I have installed the webparts for SharePoint, added one to a page, configured but when completed all I get is "Chart FX Error: 5".

    What is does it mean and how do I fix it?

    Please check that the Software FX PSS service is running. Also check the eventlog for any error messages from the Software FX PSS service.

     I went back and tried to run the deployment wizard and when I do, I select the site that I would like to deploy it to, it starts the process just fine and then towards the end it says that it can not find the site id that I had selected. Any ideas?
