I was able to install the trial version and get the web parts to appear, but when I put one on the page, the page would no longer show (403 Forbidden Error).

I had to remove the web parts and retract the softwarefx.dataparts.wsp solution from Central Administration > Operations > Solution Management before I could get at the page again so I could remove the web part.

Any idea why the 403 Fobbiden error occured?

Can you please send ud an email to support (support at softwarefx.com) with the following information:

• Does the PSS service is started at windows services?
• You are using your dataparts in MOSS or with WSS?
• When Dataparts was in the installing process does it showed any error? 
• Please send us the InstallFX.log and the webconfig.files

Yes, I am seeing this same error.  I also get the following error on occation:

 Is there a posted solution?

 Error:Could not load file of assembly \"ChartFX.Sharepoint, Culture=neutral\" or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.
